HOW TO ORDER:

1. Select Size

2. Agree to statement. "My artwork is print-ready and I understand that it will be printed exactly as I have submitted it. I acknowledge that the artwork is free of transparent pixels and any remnants from background removal."

3. Add and arrange artwork via   https://designer.antigro.com/en/init/customthreadart-dtftransfer-custom

4. Pay and Obtain Order Number

5. Add order number to description with artwork and SUBMIT!!

ART TIPS:

• SEND YOUR ARTWORK AT THE SIZE YOU WOULD LIKE IT PRINTED.
• 300 dpi PNG transparent background.
• If your image has a white background, IT WILL PRINT IT!

Refunds: Images will be printed AS-IS. Custom Thread Art will not crop, edit, change colors, change print profiles (RGB to CMYK)  etc. Please ensure your artwork is PRINT-READY as we will not offer refunds for printed artwork. Orders must be cancelled by 3pm the day prior to your orders scheduled print day by contacting Custom Thread Art directly email to [email protected] (during business hours). If you cancel an order within the allotted cancellation time period a refund will be issued to the payment method used in the original transaction. Once the refund has been processed the refund will appear as a credit back to that payment method in 7-10 days. We are not responsible for the time frame your bank or credit company takes to post that credit to your account.  ALL REFUNDS WILL INCUR A SMALL TRANSACTION FEE OF 6%, which means you will be refunded your purchase amount less 6% unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by management.

By uploading a file for print you are certifying that you have the rights to print the design. Custom Thread Art takes no responsibility for trademark or copywrite infringement and reserve the right to refund a print at our discretion.
